One year Review for 10 Hong Kong stocks

Dear friends, how are you recently?

Hong Kong is getting cold today and we are ready to face a new year in 2010. basically, Rickyhkg is a positive guy no matter in biz and stock investment. Also, Hong Kong's property(Real Estate)is a bit high in price vs value,but i still will hold it in my hand as the trend of USD and HKD are no luck in coming days.

Ok ! Its time to review my stock one-year performance since i started this Hong Kong stock introduction BLOG from 2008 Nov 15.

Belows are some notes and 10 Hong Kong stock that i picked. I believe Hong Kong stock market still has luck in 2009 and 2010 as HK dollar is going to be depreciated which causes money finding a better opportunity . And Economy in HK is not too bad. people still like to buy stuffs and eat good food in the market and sometimes ,in weekend ,you can find many peoples in shopping mall doing activities and good restaurants are crowded. I think people still have money.

Hi guys ,Good day! How are you recently? Me, always positive!

It’s time to review my portfolio again in 2009 August 15th, I would like to say we catched a good opportunity since last year Nov.’s big drop,(low stock price= good opportunity for buy good company) ,today I review some stocks , some has been sold and add some new ideas here below.

HK stock market has been facing a overwhelming cash situation in banking system, and recently, the real estate( HK property market) market is a bit hot too, some houses made a very high price deal record recently in HK, all new released houses(apartment) sold very fast in the sales road-show as low interest-rate issue in bank. I think market still have money parking in a safe position and looking for better return (ROI). In this week, UK, Germany's GDP is not bad, u can check it out.

Review 10 selected stock (5/16), pls look into PE ratio

Hello guys, how are you ?

Recently, HK stock market rally to this year new high in last week.

It is 3 months pass again, I make some review on today (5/16) for the stock performance of my 10 selected stock in 2008,Nov 15, as belows, * I added one more data is 2008year PE for our study. ( some old PE ratio very high, what do it tell us??) Pls think !

Situation,China government will focus on her domestic market more, in order to avoid oversea market's influence, also gold market I will study more, e.g. company like 1818,People Republice of China is increaing GOLD's inventory
