It’s time to review my portfolio again in 2009 August 15th, I would like to say we catched a good opportunity since last year Nov.’s big drop,(low stock price= good opportunity for buy good company) ,today I review some stocks , some has been sold and add some new ideas here below.
HK stock market has been facing a overwhelming cash situation in banking system, and recently, the real estate( HK property market) market is a bit hot too, some houses made a very high price deal record recently in HK, all new released houses(apartment) sold very fast in the sales road-show as low interest-rate issue in bank. I think market still have money parking in a safe position and looking for better return (ROI). In this week, UK, Germany's GDP is not bad, u can check it out.
